Founder And Principal Consultant
Julian Sablowski is the Founder and Principal Consultant of AXEL International Consulting.
He brings hands-on experience across international logistics, retail operations, and cross-border trade, with a career supporting global supply chains across Europe, North America, and Asia.
Julian has led and supported operational functions across outbound and inbound logistics, transportation, and commercial operations for e-commerce, retail, and international distribution businesses. His work includes international freight management, retail vendor platforms, customs and regulatory compliance, inventory operations, and transport strategy.
In addition to operational leadership, Julian specializes in business process improvement and automation. He has designed data-driven workflows, advanced Excel models, and reporting tools to streamline order analysis, reduce manual effort, and improve decision-making within high-volume retail environments.
Fluent in English and German, with working proficiency in Dutch, Julian delivers execution-focused consulting rooted in real operational environments.
